At this stage the filing fee as of January 2001 is $303/class (in U.S. Currency at approx. 10 Pesos to 1 Dollar
The total cost per mark is usually about 700-900. Your total cost for attorney fees
are usually predictable, unless there are complications such as an appeal. The total prosecution time is one to two years
from time of filing to issuance of a certificate of registration. Usually, a trademark will issue in about one year. There
is usually some correspondence and paperwork beyond the initial application.
