The work of the Attorneys of S&A has been centered in the reflection on Mexico and its surroundings. Without neglecting the theory, the attorneys have analyzed some of the most important questions raised by the development of the Intellectual Property System in the last 20 years.
Between these is emphasized the investigation of the main problems, behaviors and options that the present Mexican legislation and economy faces; the public policies; the problems of the Mexican technological system and the external policy; the American government and society and the effect of its decisions on Mexico; as well as the comparative analysis of the Legislative, Judicial and Technological Policies applied by other countries of the region and of the International Intellectual Property System
