According to the Industrial Property Act, to file Patent Applications in México by the PCT, national phase, or under the Paris Convention, any kind of document in language different from Spanish must be translated. S & A have professional technical translators, some of them with more than 20 years of experience in the field of patent translations, to comply with this legal requirement.
In addition to the translators, S & A have internal and external technicians and specialists with professional experience as researchers in all the areas of knowledge.
Besides, S&A’s Susana Bravo is authorized by the Ministry of Economy to valuate intangible assets in the 31 states of Mexico United States (Official name of México, according with the Constitution). This activity applies at least, for cases involved with licensing and litigation of patents, trademark and copyrights, among other intellectual property assets.
